We pride ourselves on not charging for every little thing we do to make your web site the best it can be. Custom graphics and search engine optimization are basic parts of a professional web site (yes, some folks will charge for these services). Our sites are a reflection of your organization -- they are efficient, well organized and support your marketing strategy.

Design work (Phase I: Conceptualization and Phase II: Implementation) is billed on a per page basis, while maintenance (Phase III) and other activities are charged on an hourly basis. We've found this is the fairest and easiest way to structure the billing for ourselves and our clients.

After researching your competitors and determining your site objectives, we will develop a site plan that identifies each section of the web site, sub-pages and content. This plan will guide us through the build of the site and is also used to determine the estimated project fee.

After the site plan is developed and approved, 50% of the estimated project fee is due. Once the site is live, a final page count will be done and the final project fee calculated.
